Forbes International Tower

Forbes International Tower

Forbes International Tower will be a symbol of prestige and a statement of progress. Designed by AS+GG, this new visually striking tower is pursuing a net-zero carbon design to stand as one of the most sustainable buildings on the planet.

The beautiful curves of glass and steel will have 43 floors of flexible office space with views of the nearby Iconic Tower and two stories of high-end retail experiences. Conveniently located near the northern end of the Central Business District of Cairo’s new New Administrative Capital, the design aims to harness the powers of surrounding resources and push the boundaries of modern construction.

Forbes International Tower’s innovative, environmentally responsive design will harness the power of the surrounding natural resources, elevate energy performance standards, and solidify a commitment to long-term sustainability. Utilizing rows of solar panels on the roof and along the building’s facade, the tower is designed to leverage nature to power itself. In its net-zero carbon pursuit, the tower stands as an exemplary force in paving the way for sustainable transformation.
